
The current terms for three ATV Minnesota executive board positions expire this fall: President, First Vice President, and Secretary.
The board positions for Second VP and Treasurer expire in 2027. All positions are two-year terms.
The nominations for all three positions are now open as of June 1st. ATV MN members in good standing may nominate others who are interested in one of the three positions, or nominate themselves.
Nominations must be made using the official ATV MN nomination form.

Elections will be held at the 2026 ATV MN State Convention/Ride & Rally, during the General Membership Meeting on September 19th. All candidates must be nominated. During the meeting, there will be no nominations accepted from the floor, and no write-in votes will be accepted or counted.
Nomination forms must be received by the ATV MN office no later than 4:30 pm on July 31, 2026. Also on the website is a document titled "Responsibilities and Expectations of Officers” for the three open board positions.

All event activities will be at the Hubbard County Fairgrounds, 201 Fair Ave, Park Rapids, MN 56470. There will be vendors on-site both days, with spaces indoors. A 10x10 space is $150, a 10x20 space is $300. There is plenty of room for on-site RV and tent camping, with some sites having electric hookups. There are separate registrations for Friday ($25) and Saturday ($50).
Friday, September 18th - Check-in for riders pre-registered and walk-in registration is 7:00-9:00 a.m. The President's Ride will depart from the fairgrounds at 9 a.m. and includes lunch in Nevis. The route in the Paul Bunyan Forest is shown on the registration page. Vendors inside at fairgrounds. There will be entertainment Friday evening: 5:00 p.m. Food trucks & beer garden. 7:00 p.m. Music Bingo with drawings and fun (paid at event).
Saturday, September 19th - Check-in (for pre-registered) or same-day registration opens at 7:00 a.m. Breakfast at fairgrounds 7:00-9:00 a.m. at fairgrounds, by Nevis Boy Scouts (not part of registration). Vendors inside at fairgrounds. Saturday features three guided rides, departing from the fairgrounds at 9:00 a.m., 9:30 a.m. and 10:00 a.m., on popular and well-maintained ATV trails in the Two Inlets, Smoky Hills and Paul Bunyan State Forests. Lunch stops at restaurants (lunch is on your own). There is also a "ride on your own" option when registering. Banquet at fairgrounds, 5:00-8:30 p.m., with social hour, dinner, live auction, silent auction, raffle drawing for CFMOTO SxS at 8:00 p.m. and ATV MN general membership meeting with elections for three board positions. A traveling trophy will be presented to the ATV club with the most members attending.
Sunday, September 20 - An in-person meeting of the ATV MN executive board, regional directors and ATV club representatives will be held at 9:00 a.m. at the Heartland Inn.
Please Note: New, city-approved, legal ATV routes through Park Rapids will be signed starting this summer, allowing access from the hotels to the trails, and temporary routes will be open during the event to the Hubbard County Fairgrounds. There are blocks of rooms reserved for those attending the Ride & Rally, totaling 135 rooms, at the AmericInn, Heartland Inn, and Super 8.
